This is more than just a research role, it’s an opportunity to dive deep into thematic investing, impact measurement and management, and cutting-edge financial analysis. What You’ll Do:

  • Develop an understanding of asset classes, sectors, and investment themes while analyzing PPMs, financial statements, and returns to support decision-making.
  • Support the Investments team in identifying, evaluating, and managing a pipeline of investment opportunities aligned with the firm’s vision.
  • Assist in reviewing primary funds, approved managers, and industry trends and perform thematic research to assess risks, opportunities, and performance.
  • Draft investment memos and present findings to the Investment Committee for approval.
  • Track fund manager performance, benchmark results, and analyze EDI (Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion) and impact metrics.
  • Assist in preparing impact reports, disclosures, and investment research materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain investment records, ensure adherence to regulatory standards, and support internal committees with meeting coordination and reporting.
  • Support ad hoc projects that the Investments Team is responsible for.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field; MBA, CFA, CIMA, or CAIA preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in an associate-level role or relevant experience in investment management, research, investment banking, consulting, or a related field.
  • Strong commitment to impact investing and sustainable business practices.
  • Experience with Morningstar Direct, FactSet, Envestnet, and/or Salesforce preferred.
  • Exposure to impact investing products and solutions preferred.

  • Familiarity with the wealth management industry and investment products across public equities, fixed income, private equity, venture capital, real assets, and private debt.
  • Understanding of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) metrics and impact investing applications.
  • Basic knowledge of due diligence, performance measurement, and investment management concepts.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative research and financial analysis.
