Current Opportunities

Position: Senior Associate, Strategic Growth

Location: New York, NY

The Senior Associate, Sales supports the execution of the firm’s strategic growth initiatives by partnering closely with the Managing Director of Strategic Growth, Marketing, Operations and Advisory teams. This role plays a critical function in driving business development effectiveness, supporting lead generation efforts and enhancing sales infrastructure.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, relationship-oriented, technologically curious, and passionate about impact investing and mission-driven wealth management. This individual thrives in a collaborative environment and is comfortable supporting multiple business development initiatives simultaneously.

What You’ll Do:

  • Strategic Growth & Sales Support
  • Support the Managing Director in executing the firm’s sales and business development strategy
  • Assist in tracking strategic growth initiatives, pipeline activity, and business development priorities
  • Collaborate with advisors and leadership to support coordinated sales efforts and enterprise growth objectives
  • Help ensure consistency and follow-through across business development initiatives
Marketing & Business Development Collaboration
  • Partner closely with Marketing to support integrated lead generation and prospect engagement efforts
  • Assist with the development and execution of campaigns targeting high net worth (HNW) individuals, foundations, and mission-aligned organizations
  • Support content distribution, follow-up communications, and campaign tracking efforts
  • Coordinate business development activities tied to webinars, events, conferences, and thought leadership initiatives
RFP & Sales Infrastructure Management
  • Lead or support improvements to the firm’s RFP database, response process, and related workflows in partnership with Operations and Marketing
  • Coordinate RFP submissions, maintain response libraries, and improve process efficiency and consistency
  • Support development of scalable sales infrastructure and documentation
    Identify opportunities to improve workflows through automation, AI-enabled tools, or process enhancements
CRM Management & Reporting
  • Support CRM data integrity, maintenance, and reporting processes
  • Assist in tracking pipeline activity, lead sources, conversion metrics, and business development performance
  • Prepare regular sales and pipeline reporting for leadership and advisors
  • Help improve CRM utilization and adoption across the organization
Lead Generation & Qualification
  • Support website lead intake, qualification, routing, and follow-up coordination
  • Assist in developing and maintaining referral relationships and centers of influence (COIs)
  • Conduct research and outreach support for prospective HNW individuals, foundations, and institutional relationships
  • Help advisors execute individual business development plans and prospecting activities
Events, Conferences & Follow-Up
  • Attend or support employees attending industry conferences, webinars, networking events, and firm-sponsored events as needed
  • Coordinate event logistics, attendee tracking, and post-event follow-up activities
  • Support lead capture, outreach, and ongoing prospect engagement following events
  • Help maximize business development opportunities generated through external engagement efforts
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
  • 3-7 years supporting sales, business development or marketing functions in wealth management, private banking, asset management, or impact investment organization
  • Experience managing or supporting complex sales processes, including RFP responses and high-level prospect presentations.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, pipeline reporting, and sales operations workflows
  • Experience working with sophisticated clients and stakeholders, including high-net-worth individuals, family offices, foundations, endowments, or institutional investors, preferred.

Position: Associate, Advisor, Client Services

Location: New York, NY or Philadelphia, PA

Veris Wealth Partners is seeking an Associate Advisor, Client Services to join our NY/Philadelphia team. This is a meaningful role for a service-driven wealth management professional who brings both technical depth and genuine curiosity, someone who is energized by complex planning work, thrives in collaborative client relationships, and wants their career to contribute to something larger than returns.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and support client relationships alongside Advisors and Senior Advisors, delivering personalized wealth management strategies aligned with clients’ financial goals and impact values.
  • Act as a responsive, knowledgeable point of contact, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, including tax, estate, and legal advisors, to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Manage the full client and prospect lifecycle, from financial plan drafting and portfolio monitoring through meeting preparation, facilitation, and follow-up.
  • Assist with portfolio construction, manager and fund analysis, and trade execution in support of comprehensive advisory services.
  • Contribute to business development and take ownership of smaller client accounts, including supporting the closing of prospective relationships.
  • Mentor junior team members and help foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous growth.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Three or more years of experience supporting advisors with complex family or institutional client relationships in wealth management or investment advisory services
  • Solid working knowledge of financial planning, retirement planning, trusts, cash flow analysis, portfolio construction, and asset allocation
  • Strong communicator and relationship builder with a high standard for professionalism and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM, custodial, and performance reporting platforms
  • Genuine commitment to impact investing, sustainability, and equity

Compensation:
Salary ranges:

  • New York: $95,000 – $115,000
  • Philadelphia: $85,000 – $105,000
